London Chapter

Women have always been the backbone of Somali society, and they delivered a strong support to Bar ama Baro at a London event. Few exceptional and dedicated women held Bar ama Baro event on December 7, 2010 at a Somali home in London.

Abdikarim Abdi of University of Hargeisa, a medical student was sponsored at the event.

Bar ama Baro’s sincere appreciation goes to this small, but enthusiastic band of Somali women in London.
